This site helps shelter volunteers record cat socialization work, room check-ins, and related shelter information.

Information we collect

• When you sign in, Google or Meta provides your name, an account identifier, and your email address when available. We do not receive or store your Google or Facebook password.
• We store content you submit, including observations, descriptions, room assignments, and the name associated with changes.
• Essential cookies keep you signed in. Security logs may contain an IP address, requested path, status, and request time.
• Plausible Analytics provides limited, privacy-respecting usage statistics so we can understand site load and detect unusual traffic.

How we use information

We use this information to confirm identity, control access, attribute changes, operate the site, preserve useful history, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Services required to operate the site may process it, including Google or Meta for authentication, Plausible for analytics, and our hosting providers.

Retention and requests

Sessions expire automatically. Shelter records and their history may be retained so the team can understand past care and changes. Soft-deleted versions remain in the database for accountability but are hidden from ordinary users. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
